The Phoenix Collective is the beating heart of our performance work. These auditioned companies bring together the UK’s most committed young dancers to create show-stopping performances across television, stage and live events. Members of the Collective don’t just train, they perform at the highest level. From televised appearances to arena shows, the Collective represents The Phoenix Company with professionalism, passion and pride.

Who Can Apply?
Male and female dancers aged 10–18.
Entry by audition only.
Applicants must demonstrate technical ability, stage presence and show ability to work quickly with minimal rehearsals

How to Audition
Complete our online audition form and submit audition video.
Successful applicants will be invited to join the Collective and begin rehearsals for upcoming projects.
Performers in the collective do not need to take part in every event we attend. Parents will be sent invites as and when opportunities come up, with rehearsal dates and commitment level required.

Audition for a coveted place on The Phoenix Collective team for Super Weekender 2025, a premier dance event held in Birmingham. This is a unique opportunity to perform on one of two mainstage slots across two age groups, showcasing your talent alongside some of the best UK dancers.
Our Collective has an impressive history, having performed live on Britain’s Got Talent, Move It Main Stage, CarFest, Blue Peter, and many other prestigious platforms. The event is on 16th November, with a mandatory rehearsal on Sunday 9th November.
Costumes will be provided for all performers. To apply, submit a video of your dancing via the provided email address below. There is a £5.00 audition fee, and if successful, a £55.00 fee to participate in the event. Videos will not be accepted without this form being completed.
